On the 25 of March 2009, an author came to celebrate World Book Day with us. Her name was Mary Arrigan. She told us how to start and finish a story and helped us make up a good story. She likes to write scary stories herself. Here are some of the names of her books: Dead Monks and Shady Deals, Land Scape with Cracked Sheep, Maeve and the Good Night Trail, Meave and the the Long-Arm Folly, Spirit of the Attic. She read to us from her book called Knut and Freya and Afterwards she visited another class. Matthew
